This retired life has gotten in the way of my blogging but don't give up on me. I have found I can scan some sites and get a fix on decorating in a flash by checking out boards in Pinterest. If you haven't checked Pinterest out, click on the "Follow me on Pinterest" on my sidebar to see what has been inspiring me. In case anyone is wondering..... the
wedding category is because my great niece is getting married next June and the
kids ideas are because I am the mentor mom for MOPS (Moms with Pre-Schoolers) and I'm speaking on decorating next meeting. Also, we have been entertaining so
food is on my mind. I really don't have to be entertaining for that to happen. You can really pin about anything of interest to you and it gives you a place to organize your ideas and have a point to go back to.
My husband didn't know I was taking his picture but we love to take our laptops outside in the cool of the morning. He loves to listen to music and get the latest news and I love to blog and check out Pinterest. I never realized our retirement years would be this grand.

Nice to have a new post from you. I have already spent a lot of time on your Pinterest. You really have a lot of fun and inspirational stuff. I'm glad you like to entertain. We enjoyed dinner at your house last night. Wish I would have taken pictures of the great food and tablescape. Fun night playing games too...well fun for us because we won. LOL
